Camp Laurel is hiring for summer 2025!
Camp Laurel is among the most prestigious, well-respected camps in the country. We offer quality instruction designed to allow children to participate in activities they love, while also allowing them to explore new and exciting opportunities.

Activity areas include Boys and Girls Sports, Waterfront Activities, Fine Arts, Theatre, Adventure, Riding and more. Camp Laurel boasts top-notch facilities consisting of a beautiful waterfront and beach, regulation sports fields, basketball courts, a lighted roller hockey arena, a lighted beach volleyball court, arts and crafts studios including photography, ceramics, 15 all-weather tennis courts, aerial park and climbing towers, stables and riding arenas, professionally-equipped theatre, and so much more.
Competitive counselor salary starts at $3,000 for college freshmen and goes up from there.

All staff will have six days off during the summer. We want you to be happy and enthusiastic about your work and recognize that time off for a little rest and recreation helps maintain that spirit. Some camp facilities are open to off-duty staff. You can enjoy tennis, basketball, swimming, stand up paddle-boarding and many other activities or simply relax in our staff lounge with Cable TV, streaming services, snack bar, ping pong, next-gen consoles and more.

More About Camp Laurel
Camp Laurel is located on 160 acres in the Belgrade Lakes region of Maine, 20 minutes west of Augusta, the state capital. The camp is situated on 9-mile-long Echo Lake, just beyond the village of Kents Hill.
